How to use the Faculty Communications Portal
Faculty identity
Your linked directory identity shows your faculty number, name, official email, and department.
Send communication
Enter a clear subject and message. The communication is recorded in the DOXA faculty interaction ledger for authorized support follow-up.
Recent communications
Review your own recent communication history. Faculty access is limited to the faculty record linked to the signed-in account.
Student information
The Faculty role does not provide CRM or student-record browsing. Share only information necessary for the authorized communication.
Administration
Faculty accounts do not have WordPress administration or institution-wide directory access.
Problems or incorrect identity
If your account is not linked, your identity is incorrect, or communication access fails, contact DOXA administration rather than creating duplicate records or accounts.
Role and privacy boundary
The Faculty portal is communication-only. Use it for appropriate coordination with DOXA support personnel. Do not use it to seek broader student, staff, faculty, CRM, or administrative access.
When you are lost or blocked
Verify that you signed in with the correct Faculty account. Refresh once. If the issue remains, contact DOXA administration and provide the minimum information needed to identify the access problem.
