This private portal gives an authorized student access only to the student’s own permitted Academic Coaching information, appointments, shared notes, tasks, and follow-up items.
Students cannot view another student’s information, private staff notes, internal reports, or another coach’s calendar. Appointment availability is limited to the assigned Academic Coach and is calculated securely.
DOXA Christian University maintains this service as part of its institutional academic-support, privacy, and recordkeeping practices. Legal and regulatory references support transparency and operational traceability but do not, by themselves, establish licensure, exemption, approval, accreditation, or legal compliance.
